Racism does not belong to whites anymore. The racism continues because people will not let it die. It is reversed and has been for years. It causes a never ending cycle.I am white and I think it’s easy for us to feel innocent when compared to the atrocities that are currently going on. We may rationalize that we are not racist by saying how we have black friends and would never do anything racist. But I feel that we have intrinsic racist tendencies. I don’t think the police officers or white woman in Central Park would self-identify as racists. But clearly they are. I think many of us are as well. If we acknowledge our racial bias, we can try to get better.Intrinsic White Racism
