I have the same problem, but i abuse drugs to combat it, im not suggesting you do that but I promise myself every morning, there will be happiness, sooner or later, even the smallest happiness is a target. I'm not suddenly happy but even if it's not worth the effort you're alive, make the most of it. I just don't know what to do anymore, I feel tired of everything, I don't want to keep goingFeeling completely hopeless
