I lost a loved one in the past and did not know how to deal with it without using drugs and maintaining my sobriety. I did something I am both ashamed and proud of. I took some anxiety medicine out of my parents cabinet without asking. However, I took it for anxiety as perscribed and not to numb out or abuse. I now know I can get through anything clean and sober. I Lost My Precious Mother On Mother's Day:
