Only if they follow both "grow-towards-the-sky" and "prop-up-the-ground" principles... Poverty is supported by a safety net but resolved by national, regional and individual growth. I think China will become a superpower before India (if it already isn't). India has huge potential as well, but it also seems to have bigger problems than China, namely more serious overpopulation and poverty. Is there any chance of India's becoming world's superpower in the next decade? If yes, what are the logical points?
