Oh fucking yes. My dad especially is so fucking stupid in the way he tries to handle my brother's issues. My brother is a very irrational, slightly retarded, but also a kind, loving and smiling kid, very prone to get addicted to anything (his ipad, sugar, cigarettes) and my father just gets very irrational with him, he always gets angry and makes my brother angry, and I think he's projecting his own insecurities on my brother. My brother is just 14 now Actually it does. Abusive parents lose their children all the time to custody parents. Mandatory license would only make this more common. Even if it did, how would you prevent anyone from becoming a parent? Would you take away their child? Give it for adoption? Force an abortion when a mother comes to give birth in a hospital?
