I empathize with this statement so much. I live in the US.Although there are "norms of virtualism" which define that some things can go wrong, to the effect that standards are changed, the standard deviation of deviance cannot always be called individualistic: sometimes we are still in a kind of valid straight-jacket, which becomes formalized as virtualistic norms are established Can one be healthy in a profoundly sick society? It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
