What is moneyless economy?

The poverty is caused by the central banks, which is a private company, in each country. The Nobel Laureate in Economics said - “One unsolved economic problem of the day is how to get rid of the Federal Reserve”. The Federal Reserve is the central bank of USA.[1]
[1] The Egyptians should understand that the poverty and unemployment is not caused by the lack of democracy. Many countries have democracy. But all of them have severe poverty.
