Most of the time when this happens you get the feeling of "de-javu". have you ever thought of a friend you haven't seen in years, only to bump into them the next day. When these occurrences happen pay specific attention to them especially the conversation that you have. These occurrences happen for a reason. The message or info you receive form them will help you along on your life journey. Maybe you did see that person before in your life, but didn't communicate with it, nor remember it. For example, on the bus station, or while walking down the street.Have you ever met someone and felt that you have seen him/her before & yet it is not love?
