I feel physically sick at the thought of being me for another day. every night when i go to sleep i feel this way.
Just forgive yourself. I can agree with both posts. There is a school of thought which exists that says there are no such things as mental illnesses, but as someone who struggles with distress every day, it is unfortunately all too real when you're stuck with relentlessly difficult thoughts. Woah, they are not just concepts. Having depression is a concept the way that having a heart disease is a concept. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean there's nothing going on in there. Of course, they can take steps to improve themselves, feel better about themselves, and that might work, but MENTAL HEALTH issues are real and are very medical. They need to be taken care of. The lack of medical attention people with mental health issues get is disgusting. They need to be addressed. analyse exactly what it is that makes you feel physically sick about yourself, and realise that it shouldnt be making you feel that way Leave your environment or become something deeper than your thoughts. Get over it. Don't be a fucking pussy. There's only one way to deal with this.. You keep telling yourself nothing is wrong with you: because nothing is wrong with anyone. No medical health condition has ever been proved, they're all jut concepts. So don't go round telling yourself you're depressed or whatever, go round telling yourself to STOP being stupid, because THAT is why you feel that way. find ways to make you feel better about yourself: exercise, healthy diet, relationships etc. It's all in your head hun, all in your head. What is it about yourself that you don't like? Describe it however you want.. Start doing some physical activity in the morning. It can be sports, either individual or team based, or it can be working in the backyard. Our physical state affects our mood. Cheers! I know how you feel, I have felt this way. In tough times like these, it takes courage and determination this harsh world. I would recommend to you to pray ( if religious) or try to talk to someone about anything that might be bothering you. We are humans, not machines. I know that you are a good person but you need to believe in your potential to grow. Best of luck to you. do you feel this way at all durring the day, if so is it anytime or only when youre alone and lost in thought?I feel physically sick at the thought of being me for another day. every night when i go to sleep i feel this way.
