Bodybuilding is amazing fun, and is a great way to get away from it all and releive stress.

I spent many years bodybuilding and it is very enjoyable. Eventually, I figured out that the health benefits are minimal. Breathing and flexibility are superior methods of improving health and relieving stress. I suggest meditation, internal martial arts like tai chi, or as already mentioned, yoga or dance. I can think of many activities that bring even greater fun and more stress relief, for example massages, dancing, traveling, yoga, playing with your friends. Bodybuilding is amazing fun, and is a great way to get away from it all and releive stress.
